While showing off "When accessibility
and standards collide" someone made
a comment that it was quite a visually
boring page.

So I decided to create a CSS based
layout on a IdN article, just to prove
that a 'visually intense' layout could
be achieved through CSS.

Petty bastard I know, and no I haven't 
fully tested it, I have noted some 
strange behaviour in Opera 6/Win
and for some strange reason the CSS
doesn't validate but XHTML does?
But other than that I'm pretty happy
